How long does integration take?

Widget and Deep Link: same day. API integration typically 1-2 weeks depending on your UI and systems. Most partners start with widget/deep link and expand to API later.

Is it white-label?

Yes. Widget and API run under your branding on your domain. Assessment and results can show your logo and styling. We stay in the background.

What's included in the service?

12th Compass API access, white-label widget, analytics API, webhook support, custom branding, and technical integration support.

Do you provide training?

Yes. We provide counselor training (2-day workshop for colleges), technical integration support, and ongoing support. Enterprise plans include dedicated account manager.

What data do you store?

We store student assessment responses, results, and analytics data. All data is encrypted, GDPR compliant, and can be exported or deleted on request. We never sell student data.

Can we customize the reports?

Yes. Widget and API allow full customization of UI and branding. Reports can be customized with your logo, colors, and messaging. Enterprise plans include custom report templates.
